Since Xtrato Designs is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped and Paid, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing any Product at our site.

Any commercial template And Design By Xtrato Designs TM may not be distributed in whole or part, freely, for pay, or any other form of compensation. The commercial template/theme packages are not freeware. Any redistribution of products sold at Xtrato.net without the written consent of Xtrato Designs is strictly prohibited. Copying any of the code contained within this template or any other products sold here and claiming it as your own is also prohibited. You may not remove any of the header notices, or any code that has been marked to be a copyright violation if removed. By using any of the products at Xtrato Designs you agree to indemnify Xtrato Designs from any liability that might arise from its use.

By purchasing one of the products, you are receiving a license to use the product on a single domain only *. Using the product on multiple domains without the proper consent is a direct violation of Xtrato's commercial license. I can offer discounts if you want to use the product on several domains, so please contact me if you would like to do that. You may not purchase the product and provide it to other users from your domain; it is for your use on your domain only.

At any time if your website is reported for any type of copyright, policy, or license violation, we reserve the right to pursue any legal actions necessary while we investigate the situation.

Copyright Notice / Terms of Use

Our commercial products are for licensed customers only. Customer may use the product as many times as customer wishes on a single site, as long as customer owns and directly operates the web site that the product is installed on. Contact Xtrato Designs for multi-website or ISP licensing. All products may not, under any circumstances, be sold or redistributed without the written consent of Xtrato Designs .

By purchasing any product from Xtrato Designs , customer agrees to abide by all policies listed above. If any of the above policies are broken, we reserve the right to immediately and permanently revoke the product license.

If no company name was given on the order form, the license will be in the name of the customer name that was submitted. If a company name was given, the license will be in the name of that company. Only one customer or company may be named on the product license.

Xtrato Designs , at its own discretion, will decide if any terms of the agreement have been violated by customer. Upon e-mailed notification to customer of Terms of Use violations, Xtrato Designs may revoke customer's license to use the product. In that event, customer agrees to any and all of the following:

Customers found in violation of this agreement, found reselling or redistributing our product will forfeit all rights to future products of all software.

Customer will no longer be licensed to run any product package.

Indemnification

Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Xtrato Designs , and any persons affiliated with the company, from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against Xtrato Designs , its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by Xtrato Designs 's agents, employees, or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Xtrato Designs , its agents, officers, and employees, against liabilities arising out of: any injury to person or property caused by an products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Xtrato Designs products; any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; copyright infringement; or any defective products sold to customer from Xtrato Designs .
